Attorney Matt Quigg

Matt Quigg is a formidable and experienced criminal defense attorney and former prosecutor. Mr. Quigg is also a premier trial attorney. In recognition of these skills, Mr. Quigg has been named a "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers seven consecutive years, a designation given to less than 2.5% of attorneys. He has also won numerous awards and commendations for his work over his career. More important than any recognition, though, Mr. Quigg focuses on each client, recognizing the fear and uncertainty that comes with being the subject of a criminal investigation or prosecution.

Mr. Quigg began his career in the District Attorney's Office as a sex crimes prosecutor. He quickly gained a reputation as a fearless trial attorney, willing to take the most difficult cases to trial. After just a short time, he was promoted to supervise the office's firearms unit. In this capacity, Mr. Quigg was cross-designated as a Special United States Attorney where he prosecuted some of the most violent offenders in federal court.

After his time as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Quigg joined the firm of a prominent local criminal defense attorney and quickly translated the reputation and skills he gained as a prosecutor into representing his criminal defense clients. Mr. Quigg then joined one of the most highly-regarded firms in the Philadelphia suburbs and became a partner before founding Law Office of Matthew Quigg, LLC. 

Mr. Quigg also remains active in several organizations. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) and the Montgomery Bar Association, where he has presented to other lawyers regarding criminal law. Mr. Quigg is also on the executive committee for the La Salle College High School alumni association. He previously served as an elected township supervisor in Montgomery Township.

In his spare time, Mr. Quigg enjoys coaching his daughters' sports teams and chauffeuring them to their activities.
